rise early in the morning. drink sufficient water starting one litre to two litres.have heavy breakfast, normal lunch and light dinner. walking the best exercise. have gap between dinner and sleep minimum of 2 hours. have walking before going to bed. do meditation or yoga if you can.do your duty.be happy.laugh and play with children.
