Heart-related diseases can happen to anybody at any age. To save from these diseases it is important for people to be informed about it and take proper care.

To save from any big problem in future, it is important to bring a positive change first in the lifestyle.



Tea or chocolate
According to research, drinking tea and eating chocolate reduces blood sugar and cholesterol levels, which ultimately reduces the risk of heart disease.

Almonds
To remain healthy, almonds should be consumed in limited quantity every day. This strengthens the immune system and also cures dry cough, diabetes, anemia and problems like appendicitis. Regular consumption of nuts reduces the risk of heart disease.

Onions

Onions are a rich source of vitamin C, vitamin B1, vitamin K, folic acid, biotin, chromium, calcium and fiber. Onions maintains blood flow in the body.

Tomatoes
