This 7 Days diet plan is planned for a target weight loss of minimum of 5 Kgs in a week. It will also improve your emotions and attitude. The effectiveness of this 7 day plan is that the foods eaten burn more calories than they give to the body in caloric value You can use this diet plan as often as you wish to without any fear of complications. After 7 days you will begin to feel lighter by atleast 4 kgs.

During the 1st 7 days you must drink 10 glasses of water each day.

2nd Day of your Diet:

In the 2nd day you can have all vegetables.


This day you are adviced to eat until you are stuffed with all the new and cooked vegetables of your choice. There is no limit on the account or type. It is better to avoid oil and coconut while cooking vegetables. You can have large boiled potato for breakfast.

This GM diet plan works for sure...
I have tried it and lost 3 kgs in a week...
I hate the veggie days...

But it takes a lot of effort to maintain the lost weight...

7th Day of your Diet:

Today your food intake will consist of 1 cup rice, fruit juice and all the vegetables you want to consume. Tomorrow morning you will be 4 to 6 kgs lighter than 1 a week ago.

For your further weight loss, repeat the diet plan again. Repeat the program as often as you like. Also keep in mind that it is suggested to take rest for three days before every repetition.
