Hello Lovely Ladies,
I have a good news for you all. We all know that natural products give us good results without any side effects. Ubtan is one such boon for us.

For those who are not aware of Ubtan: UBTAN basically is a traditional skin enhancer - made with all-natural products - that is commonly used in South Asian countries of India, Pakistan and Bangladesh.

For more details, see : Pakistan Bridal Designs | Pakistani Wedding Dress: What is Ubtan?

I have 2 Ubtan recipes which i came to know while surfing online. They are:

2 Tbsp. Almond Oil
1 Tsp. Turmeric
1 Tsp. Fenugreek Powder
1 Tsp. Wheat Germ Oil

Mix all ingredients. It is recommended to do the ubtan body scrub every day for 40 days. Use the ubtan scrub to massage the entire body. After the massage take a warm shower to remove. Make a fresh batch each morning.

With my personal experience i can feel a good change in my skin within few days of applying Ubtan!! Hope you too will enjoy this..

Some ingredients that you can add to your homemade Ubtan are:
> Red sandalwood powder
> Orange peel powder
> Neem powder
> Tulsi powder
> Sandal powder
> Badam oil
> kumkumadi tailam
> Wheat germ oil
> Mint powder etc..
You can make different Ubtans with the above given ingredients taking the base of green gram dhal, Milk or malai, Kasturi Manjal (Haldi), rose water and few drops of lemon. Please check the ingredients carefully, so that you can avoid those stuffs that you are allergic on. oily skinned people can avoid malai.

Sure Kavibud. Gimme your feedback. If you feel the badams and cashews unaffordable, you can simply try the base green gram dhal, Milk or malai, Kasturi Manjal (Haldi), rose water and few drops of lemon. The given powder list is available in ayurvedic shops and also in Ayur and Banjaras brands..
