Eating healthy food during pregnancy is as important as you consumed during normal routine. Adopt the rule of eating for two. Consume hundred to three hundred more calories when you get pregnant apart from the routine consumption of calories.
Foods which are undercooked need to be avoided as they may be contaminated with the bacteria named Listeria. Foods to avoid during pregnancy are: Hot dogs, unpasteurized dairy foods and luncheon meats, all these are with the Listeria inside.
