If you can drink lots of water than I think it would be safe to eat fruits. Papaya, Black Grapes, Pineapples considered as dangerous fruits especially during the first trimester. These are harmful because they build heat in the body which is dangerous for the baby. If you really wish to eat fruits then you have to drink plenty of water so as you can wash fruits and veggies with it.
