Lunch

  • Raw Veg Salads like Carrot, Cucumber, Cabbage & Tomatoes.
  • Steamed Veggies
  • You May also take Whole Wheat Chappathis or Whole grain Bread
  • A glass of buttermilk.. Try to add Some cumin seeds, coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger mixed in it.

Mid-afternoon


  • Coconut water
  • Dry fruits
  • Lemon/Green tea
  • Fresh Veg soup

Some tips..

  • Exercise is an important in losing weight. Walking is the best exercise to Start off with and be followed by Jogging, swimming..
  • Avoid food items which contain a lot of carbohydrates. Amongst cereals wheat is good.
  • Also Avoid Milk products like cheese, butter etc. and non-vegetarian foods as they are rich in fat.
  • Intake of too Much Salt should be avoided.
  • Mint is very Effective in losing Weight.. Take Green Mint Chutney with some Spices along with your Meals. Mint tea also helps.
  • Cabbage is very effective in burning body fat. Consume 1 bowl of cabbage everyday.

itha mattum daily follow panna veetla samayale seiya vendam....

but sis namaku ithellam othu varaathu bcos saapadu thaan namakku mukkiyam... ;)

so i kind request - nalla sapdanum but athe time weight um reduce pannanum ipdi ethavathu tips iruka...
