pls share ayurveda weight loss diet with me. I need to reduce my weight. I am overweight. Need to reduce atleast 8kg in 2 months. Pls share ayurveda weight loss diet chart for me.

Ayurveda Weight Loss Diet!

Early Morning
A Glass of Lemon Juice With a teaspoon of Honey


Breakfast
Sprouts – 1 Cup
Milk – 1 Cup


11.00 Am:
Orange or Carrot Juice – 1 Glass


Lunch

  • Raw Veg Salads like Carrot, Cucumber, Cabbage & Tomatoes.
  • Steamed Veggies
  • You May also take Whole Wheat Chappathis or Whole grain Bread
  • A glass of buttermilk. Try to add Some cumin seeds, coriander leaves, a little salt and some grated ginger mixed in it.
  • ayurvedic diet plan for weight loss


Evening

  • Coconut water
  • Dry fruits
  • Lemon/Green tea
  • Fresh Veg soup

Dinner

  • Steamed Veggies
  • Whole Wheat Chappathis or Whole grain Bread
  • All Fruits. Except Banana & Apple
