Welcome you all here to list out here the best and preferable foods for kids which should we feed them during summer season...

Considerations while preparing foods to your children in summer season.

Avoid the spices Ginger, Garlic, Cinnamon and Cumin in cooking.

Non vegetarian foods to avoid in summer are egg, chicken, crab and prawn. You can eat foods with fish and mutton.

Avoid Chapathi or Roti. Add Ragi and barley in your children's menu.

Avoid the fruits like mangoes, pineapples, and papaya

Vegetables to avoid - Avoid the use of drumstick and its leaves.
