A lot of women face the problem of hair fall or breakage due to various reasons, like bad weather, dandruff, anxiety, etc. However, the most common reason behind this problem is the lack of nutrition. Magnesium deficiency also results into hair fall.

Olive oil has great moisturising properties, and hence, is considered great for taming frizz and split ends. In fact, it is an ace choice for ladies with curly and unmanageable tresses, as it ends up turning them softer and easy-to-manage with regular application.

  • Mix four tablespoons olive oil with one beaten egg yolk and honey.
