Take Food According to Your Blood Type. Yeah Your blood type can determine your Nutritional needs. If you follow a Diet Sketched for your Blood type,, Your Body will have More Energy & Will Digest Food Effectively.

Happened to Read an Article "Eat Right 4 your Type" by naturopath Peter J. D'Adamo. Here, giving a list of food items that fall for each blood type, refer to D'Adamo's book. :)

Type O


  • Should Have A high-protein diet heavy on lean meat, poultry, fish, and vegetables, and light on grains, beans, and dairy.
  • Exercise Vigorously.
  • People With this Type O Blood have Tummy Troubles & Other Issues.


Type A


  • Should have Organic fruits and vegetables, Soy foods, beans and legumes, and whole grains. I.e., A Meat-free Diet!!
  • Do More Gentle Exercise.
  • People with type A blood have a sensitive immune system.


Type B


  • Should Eat green vegetables, Wheat, eggs, certain meats, and low-fat dairy.
  • Avoid - Tomatoes, peanuts, sesame seeds & Chicken.
  • Do Moderate Exercise


Type AB

  • Include tofu, seafood, dairy, Light on Chicken and green vegetables.
  • Avoid caffeine, alcohol, and smoked meats.
  • Do Calming Exercise.
  • People with type AB blood tend to have low stomach acid.


Depending on your blood type, you need to follow/restrict the foods you eat. TC!! :)
