Dear Subha,

Here are some effective remedies to reduce body heat.
  • Avoid hot, spicy and oily foods & body heat producing foods.
  • Drink plenty of water everyday.
  • Eat vegetables like Cucumber, Watermelon regularly.
  • If you like to drink Kammankoozh, Mor you can take it 2 times in a day.
  • Try to reduce an intake of Tea & Coffee.

You can soak some Methi seeds overnight, and take the water and the soaked seeds, in the next morning. This will help you to reduce the body heat.
