This study has been published in the Bio Med Central's open access journal of Environmental Health. This data was compared by the China Jintan Cohort. They studied the blood lead levels with respect to the social factors, eating patterns and intake of micro-nutrients.
In this research, it was found that while there was no difference in the breakfast patterns for the age and gender of the children. But still boys were having more risk of lead poisoning than girls. Also, the boys of the age of four or five years had more risk of this poison than those who were of three years old. When these kids were put on a regular breakfast, then 15 percent of them showed a decrease in their blood lead mark. They had a very great improvement in this poison level than the one who skipped their meals.
The experts say, breakfast tendency was determined by family tendencies. This involved both parents and grandparents of children who ate breakfast only for filling their professional and educational requirements.
