How to make Buttermilk



Ingredients:



  • Curd - 1 Cup
  • Water - 3 Glass (You may use cold water)
  • Salt - To Taste
  • Cumin Seeds - 1/2 Tspn
  • Mustard Seeds - 1/2 Tspn
  • Ginger - One Inch Piece
  • Curry Leaves - 1 Spring
  • Coriander Leaves - A Small Bunch of Leaves
  • Green chilies - 1 (Finely Chopped)
  • Big Onion - 1 Small (Finely Chopped)

Method:

  • Put the curd in one vessel. Add little salt and stir well.
  • Now Add water to curd. Add Salt as needed and mix well.
  • Now Add Chopped Onion, Green Chillies, Coriander Leaves, Ginger and mix well.
  • In a small pan pour a table spoon of oil. Put Mustard Seeds and Cumin Seeds. Let it to split. Then add curry leaves and turn off the stove.
  • Now add this to buttermilk.
  • A tasty and healthy buttermilk is ready to taste.
