Causes of Low Blood Pressure
The blood pressure is referred by
Systolic Pressure – The first reading, which the doctor writes in his prescription
Diastolic Pressure - This the second reading which the doctor writes.
The normal readings of these can be 120/80. Sometimes, 115/75 is also alright.
These are the general guideline readings for all.
But for some people, they may be normal, even these readings are lower.
So, only when they show noticeable problems in their body, the doctors tend to treat them for low blood pressure or Hypotension.
Usually, the blood pressure will be low when we sleep and it may rise while we are in action like walking, running etc.
Sudden fall in the blood pressure may lead to lack of oxygen to the brain and some times be fatal also.
