Cholesterol can be control by green tea which is very simple method even can be controlled by the medicen,the best way to take the exercise daily with the help of water more to help for keep it in the limited range.

Garlic is very good for lowering cholesterol. It has best properties of balancing the cholesterol level in body. Cholesterol also increases through eating junk food. Eat healthy & home made simple food. Drink warm water early morning & after 45 mins of every meal.
