Hi friends...

today one healthy dish....may some of u know this already....

Pirandai chutney..

இதனை உணவில் சேர்த்துவர மூலநோய், மலச்சிக்கல், வயிற்றெரிவு, குடற்புண் என்பன நீங்கும். செரியாமை, சுவையின்மை நீங்கிப் பசியுண்டாகும்.

pirandai([/FONT]
பிரண்டை) chutney seithu kutties ku tharalam..
ethu sapita nala pasi edukum nu soluvanga..

puthina chutney prepare panra mari than ethum.

1.pirandai a first clean panitu athula irukira naara edukanum.. like beans cut panum pothu side la naar edupom la. athu pola ethukum eduthu 2 r 3 piece a cut pani vaikanum.

2. small onion (as required) ,red chilli,karuvepillai, coconut(thuruviyathu), coriander 2tsp,small amount of tamarind,salt and oil.

preparation:

first kadai la oil add pani onion potu fry pananum, then add chilli ,karuvepilai
and add coriander,thuruviya coconut with it.

nala golden colour vara varaikum fry panitu irukanum,nala fry anathum add it in a bowl or plate.

again kadai la pour little oil then add the cleaned pirandai .ehtu nala oil la fry pananum.. pirandai s in green colour wil change to yellow then to light brown colour.til tat fry fry fry...

after that mix pirandai & already prepared onion,coconut .

salt add pani grind all these stuff with enough water.

now chutney ready.

serve for dosai, idly or for white rice.

Dear Sathya, really unknown recipe pirandai chutney. thank you for sharing such a delicious different chutney recipe.

Pirandai is used to prepare Appalam. Pirandai charu is added while making dough.

Hi How did you know that I bought Pirandai yesterday ( any spy :lol:), Here we get nice Pirandai from Srilanka.I like my mother making Pirandai Thuvaiyal in India, But never tried myself. Though always tempted to but it, never tried it. Only yesterday could not resist myself & bought it. So I was really happy & shocked to your recipe here. Thank you very muich my dear. Prema Barani

Haiyo prema madam.. today in my home this dish only..
so i thought to post it....neenga etha try panunga madam and also tel me how to make thuvaiyal. i dont know abt tat....

here too i wil get good type of pirandai madam.. my native is somewat village only..
we having here in my thottam..pirandai, keerai elam enga niraiya kidaikum.

தமிழ் பிராமின் வீடுகளில் நடக்கும் திவசத்தில்/திதி கண்டிப்பாக பிரண்டை துவையல் செய்வார்கள் நம் முன்னோர்களை முன்னிட்டு ஆனால் வெங்காயம் பூண்டு இல்லாமல்,

பாசி பருப்பு/உளுத்தம்பருப்பு காய்ந்த மிளகாய் புளி, கறிவேப்பிலை மற்றும் மிளகுடன் பிரண்டையை தோல் நீக்கி வதக்கி அம்மியில் அரைப்பார்கள். சூப்பர் டேஸ்ட் .........
