Eczema is a skin problem that troubles many people nowadays. Usually, it's seen in the people having a family history of asthma. Eczema irritates your skin; you feel dry and itchy and end up scratching it which makes it worse. There is no known cure for eczema yet, only some corticosteroids available that you can apply topically if the irritation is too much to handle. Usually, what you should do is keep that area clean and nourished. That means, apply a good moisturizing lotion at all times. Coconut works wonders for dry skin as it penetrates deep into the skin and nourishes it. You can either use a coconut oil or any commercial product that has coconut oil/milk extracts. Try it and you will see that eczema will disappear from that area. For worse conditions, you need to consult a dermatologist who will prescribe a corticosteroid for you.
