Common weight loss dieting mistakes

While you are looking to get fit with a balanced diet the most common mistake most of us make is to copy your friends/family’s diet plan. No two people have the same weight problems therefore copying each others diet plan without consulting an expert can sometimes do you more harm than good. For eg: Some food items might induce water retention in your body but work perfectly fine on your friend. Also just because your friend is on a high protein diet doesn’t mean it will also work for you. Most high protein diets if not combined with exercise result in multiple health side effects.
