yes we are what we eat , so healthy eating leads to a healthy life.
I m agree with you :) But there is one problem. I belive that healthy food should be cost more cheap in order to be more available for all people. Do you feel that healthy food is too pricy?

No healthy food need not be costly, infact if u choose the fruits and veggies off that particular season and area , they will work out to be cheap and best . like for instance if u substitute guava for apple u would find it more cheep and nutritious than apple.,

Yes Chira said, if we opt for more regional/local and seasonal fruits and veggies, it need not be costly. Local fruits like koyya (guava), vaazhai pazham (banana), naaval, nelli(goose berry) , maambazham, sakkarai valli kizhangu, suppottaa......etc., are equally nutritious if not more, than the english fruits like apple, kiwi, grapes,....

Also instead of chips we can opt for easy and quick snacks like ragi puttu, sundal etc.,
