Hello.. iam new to this site..

Now iam 3months pregnant.. my due date is on 2nd december.... wat kind of activities i shud follow??? give me suggestions...

Welcome and Congrats on your pregnancy!!!... so howz your morning sickness. It should be done by now huh? the second trimester is the best trimester of all.. with lots of energy to do all the activities(not the adventerous ones:p), eat anything you want without heartburn...sleeping well ... um.. the list goes on and on.. so enjoy the pregnancy.. And remember.. do drink water/ilaneer rather than juice regularly to keep you hydrated in this scorching sun....

congrats on ur pregnancy dear. enjoy these 10 months. its really awesome period where you enjoy some new things. till 4th month you feel some tiredness and laziness. after the 5th and 6th month you enjoy the motherhood by feeling ur baby movements. enjoy eating whatever you like . at the same time take nutritive foods too. give equal amounts of vitamins, minerals,carbohydrates to your child through ur food. during this period try to take lots of iron containing food. pomengranate is the best fruit that contains more iron. try to avoid more consumption of apples as sometimes it may create constipations. have lots of water and try to avoid junk foods, masala items da. hear lots of melodious music. one thing , my doctor adviced me during my pregnancy was to have glass of warm milk at the night.

Congrats!!.. so you are in the end of the 3rd month.. Dont worry, the nausea and morning sickness will all be gone or willbe reduced to minimum when after first trimester.. dont stop eating.. eat and then vomit.. and then eat again..never reduce your intake just because you are vomiting..
while you feel nauseated, keep away from the smell which triggers nausea..like rice boiling smell, parupu vegara smell, ...like that...
while you feel like vomiting.. drink or just put some drops of lemon on your tongue.. it will change the taste.. you can also smell your hair.. it really helps to stop nausea.
count me to this group. I am now in the end of 3rd month. please give me tip to nausea. I can't able to eat.
