Mixed Berries Milkshake


You will need: Chopped mixed berries:1 cup; (blueberries, blackberries, strawberries, etc.); Low fat Milk: 1 cup; Ice cubes


Method: Blend all ingredients until smooth.

What you need: Chopped watermelon: 6 cups; Low fat milk/yogurt: 1 cup; Ice cubes
