Hi friends..

I like to share some key points which i liked while reading and those are easy to follow in day to day life..

Just try it out if you like...




  • Eat slowly..By chewing your food slowly and taking breaks between bites, your brain gets more time to acknowledge that you have eaten fully Remember not to eat until you food is finished but till you are full.

  • Small meals throughout the day control hunger and keep body metabolism up



  • To reduce weight, do not stop eating. Eat less but more often. Eating small meals 5-6 times a days, keeps your metabolism in check and satisfies you



  • Avoid heavy and a late dinner. That will help you eat a good breakfast and not store up all the fat at night. Eating an early dinner is a sure winner in weight loss



  • Sprinkle brown sugar or white sugar on fresh fruits apple, pear or a handful of cherries, cover and microwave it for a minute. It tastes just like a pie filling. This way you can reduce the craving for sweet.



  • When going out for a movie, people tend to eat popcorn with butter in large sized containers. Make sure you get a small sized container and avoid butter. It saves 350 calories.



  • Macedonian nuts and Brazil nuts have the highest fat and calorie content among nuts.



  • While eating at Chinese restaurants, avoid anything that can be called crispy, which means fried. Eat only the filling of the spring roll and not the shell. It save 400 -500 calories..



  • Following the small diet chart gives great results.

Wheat porridge at breakfast
1 cup rice with veggies and greens at lunch and fruits for dinner
for atleast 3 times a weak..
