ரொம்ப simple,உடம்புக்கு நல்லதெல்லாம்[e.g.பழம்,காய்கறிகள்,கீரை etc]-80% சாப்பிட ஆசைபடறதெல்லாம் [sweets,icecream etc]-20%

Some of the Smart Balance spreads are vegan, some are not. Check the label to see, the vegan ones have the word "VEGAN" printed near the nutritional information.
