There are so many exercise which are helpful in reducing the fat.The most important and effective is aerobic.It helps in burning out the fat more faster than any other exercise.Swimming and cycling are also good exercise for burning the fat faster.But the most important is avoid eating the oily food which is main cause for increase of fat in the body.
