Have a good outlook in life is right for every human being. But, this requires combining proper nutrition with essential physical care and protection indicated in each case. This time, we present the first of a series of exercises to improve eyesight.

The modern lifestyle demands long stare at points to books or computers. This causes fatigue or weakening of the eye, which in turn can generate or make progress the vision defects .

These eye exercises can compensate for eye strain and, according to some experts, stopping the evolution of vision defects such as nearsightedness, farsightedness and astigmatism.

To begin your workout, nothing beats a good eye wash, consisting of washing the eyelids with warm water for about 10 seconds and then with cold water for 10 seconds. This should be repeated several times.

Exercise change in focus: is to hold two objects at different distances, one with each hand. Stare at one and, after a few seconds look at the other. It is good to repeat at least ten times.

Exercise rod: First, set a stick vertically in front of the eyes. Then move the head on either side of it, keeping your eyes on the stick. Do it for two or three minutes.

Balance: Standing, stare at a static object. Balance the body without looking away from the selected object. Repeat ten times.
