All you need to do is some simple facial exercises to strengthen the muscles for a toned look.. Here're Some Facial Exercises for Cheeks!!

  • Have a Relaxed Smile with your Lips Slowly.
  • Take your cheeks inside even more slowly.
  • Suck them inside and place them in between your teeth.
  • Hold this for 10 Counts & Relax - Repeat 10 times.

  • Puck your upper lip and turn corners of the lips upwards
  • Afterwards move the cheek muscles Up, towards the eyes.
  • At this Point, Try to touch the nose with the upper lip.
  • Hold the position for 20-25 seconds and then relax. Repeat this for 10 counts!
