  • Sit upright Posture and look up to the ceiling.
  • Once in this position, Pout your lips as tight as you can possibly do it.
  • Hold the position for 5 seconds and relax.
  • Repeat this Process 5 times daily.

  • Keep your hands below your jawline or at your upper neck. Then, half open your mouth.
  • Try to keep this position while trying to twist the sides of your mouth downwards, as if you're Scowling...
  • This will Pout your facial muscles and give you a pretty good workout for your jawline.

  • Stand in front of mirror & pout your lips (as if you are about) to kiss someone.
  • Hold this position for about 5 seconds.
  • Now after Relaxing that position, Smile as big as you can.
  • Hold this position for about 3 seconds.
  • Repeat for at least 20 to 30 times, twice a day.
  • DO this into a room where you get some privacy.
