Here are effective cheek exercises that are quite easy to follow....
- Smile & laugh more... Its good for chubby cheeks.
- Exercise by smiling as Broad as you can with lips closed and in turn repeatedly do this with smiling/Laughing as broad as you can with teeth showing.
- Do this exercise for at least 5 times Daily.
- You can feel the cheek muscles Shrink.
