Hi Anish,

You can give all kinds of foods to your daughter, whichever you people eat.

From 10 months of the baby, you can start giving all kinds of foods which the elders eat.

Only thing, if they have not got their teeth, they will not be able to bite many food products. Once they get their teeth, they could be given everything.

Please give her all the foods avoiding those which are allergic to her.

You may go through the below threads for your query. This may be helpful.

Dear Anishganesh, For my daughter, during her 16 months age, I used to give her mashed potatoes with cheese, diced tomatoes with pinto beans, apple sauce,

Mostly what will help her eat is watching you eat. She will be comfortable with the same foods you eat so eat your meal with her.

The usual Breakfast menu in my daughter's case was:

scrambled eggs (with or w/o cheese),

cut up fruit (blueberries, strawberries, banana),

toast with butter or jelly pancakes w/ fruit...

we do apple cinnamon pancakes
or

blueberry pancakes

hard boiled eggs or omlets, fruit, and toast
oatmeal with fruit, and toast
french toast w/ fruit

The Lunch menu for her was:
Usually we do last nights dinner leftovers - otherwise:
grilled cheese w/tomato or grilled cheese w/ tomato soup
veggies (carrots, green beans, peas)....30 secs in the microwave and you've got a toddler sized veggie...they're great, and some apple sauce or yogurt

For dinner my daughter would usually prefer whatever we eat: (and leftovers become tomorrows lunch)
examples: white rice, and orange glazed carrots, vegetable lasagna
grilled steak w/homemade loaded mashed potatoes and broccoli w/cheese sweet potato fries, & corn
For Snacks: string cheese, yogurt, apple sauce, cut up fruit: grapes, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, .fruit cups (in juice) pears, mixed fruit, peaches, etc. cut up cheese w/crackers

Snacks: string cheese, yogurt, applesauce, graham crackers, animal crackers, cut up fruit: grapes, strawberries, blueberries, watermelon, canteloupe, ...fruit cups (in juice)...pears, mixed fruit, peaches, etc. cut up cheese w/crackers, my DS loves the apples w/ caramel (I try to avoid giving him the caramel b/c it's so sticky).

Other cereals: try fruity cheerios, apple cinnamon cheerios, honey nut cheerios, jumbo multigrain krispies (my DS's favorite), corn chex, quaker oatmeal squares,

Also, I recently found these new yogurt: Horizon Organic & Stoneyfield Organic (Yo Baby) both make them....3 in 1 meals...It's organic yogurt, with organic fruits AND VEGGIES blended in...they're awesome.

If you want to buy some more baby food you can buy from firstcry.com. I hope you will find there good variety of baby foods.
