Keeping breasts healthy and maintaining them well is necessary for every woman to stay away from many breast problems as well as for her beauty. Today the cases of breast cancer are increasing in notable figures so; it becomes vital to adopt some effective means for preventing breasts health. There are several ways that can retain the health of your breasts but, eating some foods mentioned below is one of the easiest and healthy approaches.

1. Cruciferous Vegetables
You can include broccoli, cauliflower, cabbage, kale, brussels sprout and collard greens like cruciferous vegetables in your diet for healthy breasts. These vegetables are good antioxidants as they contain antioxidant vitamins such as vitamin E, vitamin C and vitamin A that remove free radicals and toxins from body. They also possess cancer-fighting phytochemicals, Indole-3-carbinol and Sulforaphane, responsible for enhancing body’s resistance towards neutralization of carcinogens. Besides, rich source of vitamin C as well as anti-oxidants, cruciferous veggies have some nutrients which protect breakdown of estradiol into a compound related to breast cancer.

2.Fishes

Fishes are included as one of the best foods for healthy breast due to high content of vitamin D and omega 3 fatty acids. Oily fishes like sardines, trout, mackerel and salmon have found to associate with the reduced risk of breast cancer. These fishes own negligible amount of mercury. According to a review of 2009 European Journal of Cancer represented the Anti-angiogenic effect of omega 3 fatty acids from fish; means it stops the growth of blood vessels within tumor. Vitamin D is inversely linked with the risk of breast cancer; incidence of breast cancer is more likely if lesser the Vitamin D level.

3. Berries
Berries contain good amount of fibers, vitamin C and antioxidants, phenols. They fill the requirement of vitamin C in our body. Anti-oxidants fights against cancer producing causes and promote breasts health. One may not like to eat vegetables but can not refuse to berries. You can eat them by adding to top cereals, salads or yogurt.

4. Green tea

It is one of the good sources of natural anti-oxidants. Now we all are familiar with the action of anti-oxidants in maintaining breast fitness. Additionally, the studies show that the polyphenol or catechin compound present in green tea, EGCG (epigallocatechin-3- gallate) inhibits breast tumor growth.

5. Tomatoes
Besides having vitamin C, tomatoes contain an antioxidant lycopene. It keeps good health of breasts by fighting against radicals known to obstruct the growth and function of normal cells. Other nutrients like vitamin A, vitamin B, potassium, phosphorus and iron are also present in tomatoes.

Foods
Soy foods like tofu, tempeh, miso, edamame and milk are rich source of protein and known to beneficial in moderate amount. After many years of controversy regarding the use of Soy foods among breast cancer survivors, a new study displayed at American Association for Cancer Research (AACR) annual meeting in Orlando, Fla showed that the consumption of soy foods did not raise the risk of cancer recurrence or death amid breast cancer patients. Their results revealed the possible use of soy in healthy diet even in breast cancer patient. However, it is better to take advice from your dietician before consuming soy.

7. Olive oil
Olive oil is one more healthy food for breast health as it acts as an anti-oxidant. It protects DNA from damaging cancerous cells and lowers the risk of breast cancer. As per a research, olive oil prevents and fights with the genes which promote breast tumor growth. You can replace cooking oil with pure olive oil or sprinkle it on vegetables as well as bread.

8. Orange
Orange is a best fruit to keep the breast fit. Abundant amount of vitamin C and Beta carotene in it acts as a powerful anti-oxidants that help the breast cells to fight against free radicals. Additionally, orange also contain calcium, folic acid, fiber and anti-carcinogenic compound, limonoid. It also boosts immune system of body. You can take whole orange or orange juice but note that juice adds extra benefits of fibers.

9. Grapes
