Make a paste of 2 table spoons of cream (malai), 1½ table spoons of Ata (wheat flour ) and few drops of lime juice. Daily apply this paste on your face for 5 minutes, then remove it and wash.

Note : For oily skin use gram flour instead of Ata.
Try to think positive, take proper sleep and drink lots of water certainly no one can look more charming.

Malai is an Indian term for clotted cream or Devonshire cream. It is made by heating non-homogenized whole milk to about 80°C for about one hour and then allowing to cool. A thick yellowish layer of fat and coagulated proteins forms on the surface, which is skimmed off. The process is usually repeated to remove most of the fat. Malai has about 55% butterfat. Buffalo milk is thought to produce better malai because of its high fat content.

malai na enna lali..................
Dear Viji, when you heat the milk, thin layer of paaledu forms on the top of the milk surface. When you cool the milk then this layer becomes malai. This is very good skin moisturiser. You can add little kadalai maavu (gram flour with this malai) and apply on your face. Leave it for fifteen minutes. Then wash your face. Your face will glow like anything. all the best. thank you
