Ingredients:


  • Apple - 1 sliced
  • Banana - 1
  • Strawberries - Handful
  • Raspberries - Handful
  • Blueberries - Handful
  • Apricot - 1 Sliced
  • Peach - 1 Sliced
  • Orange - 1 Sliced
  • 2 teaspoons of honey
You can take any fruits that are available.

Preparation:


  1. Mix all the ingredients in blender.
  2. Pour into a glass and add 2-3 ice cubes
  3. Enjoy!

Notes :

  • Vitamins & Minerals in fruits give energy without excess calories.
  • Fruit smoothie retains its fiber. So a better and healthier option.
