Vitamin E role is to protect the body tissue from the damages caused by the oxidation. It acts as a wound healer and reduce wrinkles. Vitamin E contributes to the formation of red blood cells.

vegetables rich in vitamin E are Spirulina, pumpkin, butternut squash, Swiss chard and potatoes.

The
fruits that are rich in Vitamin E are Blackberries, Blueberries, breadfruit, guava, kiwi, cranberries, Avocado, mango, papaya, peach, pomegranate, mulberries and raspberries.

The
nuts with good source of vitamin E are almonds, hazelnuts, pine nuts, peanuts and brazil nuts.

Egg
is considered as better source of vitamin E. A small amount of all these combination of foods makes sufficient intake of vitamin E in daily diet.
