GM Diet day 1 - Fruits

On the First Day, followers are allowed to eat Only FRUITS. Why Only Fruits?? Yeah On the First Day of GM Diet Plan, Your Body is Subjected to Detoxification. So Only Fruits & water Should be Consumed..


And Enthusiasts who are planning to start this Diet may consume Starchy foods like potatoes, oats & bananas the day before their targeted week, so that they'd be loaded with enough energy for the next morning.

As I Said in Earlier Post, Day 1 - Fruits
Take all Fruits, Except bananas. 10-12 glasses of water should be Drunk throughout the day.

Now, Giving you here the Detailed Portion..

GM Diet Day 1 - Breakfast
(8:30 AM-9:00 AM)
Have fruits such as Melons & Papaya together with 1-2 glasses of water. These fruits easily make the stomach fullest.

GM Diet Day 1 - Lunch (12:00 PM-1:30 PM)
Take Any Watery fruits such as Apples or Watermelons. A bowl of Apples or 2 cups of watermelons with 1-2 Glasses of Water.
Other fruits such as Kiwi and Mangoes can as well be taken.


GM Diet Day 1 - Dinner (8:00-9:00 PM)
Half- Bowl of melons, kiwi and oranges With 1-2 glasses of water.

Midday Meals and Beverages - Mid morning Snack (10:30 AM-11:00 AM) Afternoon Snack (4:00-4:30 PM) Evening (6:00-6:30 PM)

While the main beverage allowed for the Day 1 of GM diet is water, Enthusiasts may also take fresh orange juice and coconut water during Midday snacks.

Raisins, Oranges & Apple Dices can be taken during mid-mornings and afternoons.
