GM diet Day 2 - All Vegetables (NO peas, corn or carrots)


On this Day, you have to regulate Your sugar intake.. Which means your Whole day will be dedicated to vegetables only.. :) But the Menu on this Day 2 Will be a bit Consistent! Say Thanks to Starchy Foods.. Esp - Potato!

Its a MUST that you eat a potato in the morning to Keep your energy levels high.

As Said Earlier, Day 2 - Vegetables.
  • All Kinda veggies may be eaten during the second day.
  • Have Potatoes during breakfast. It boosts energy levels.
  • Boiled vegetables & GM diet wonder soup may be consumed during lunch and dinner.

Now, Giving you here the Detailed Portion..

GM Diet Day 2 - Breakfast (8:00-9:00 AM)
Take 1 cup of Boiled potato with a pat of butter. Its important to keep the stomach full during breakfast. You can also take sweet potato Regular potato. + 2 glasses of water..

GM Diet Day 2 - Lunch (12:00-1:00 PM)
Have Vegetable salads with lettuce, Tomato, cucumber and cabbage. + 2 glasses of water

GM Diet Day 2 - Dinner (7:00-8:00 PM)
Have Some fresh greens, such as Boiled broccoli, asparagus, as well as cabbages, lettuce and cucumber. + 2 glasses of water

GM Diet Day 2 - Midday Snacks and Beverages
Mid morning Snack
(10:30 AM-11:00 AM) Afternoon Snack (4:00-4:30 PM)
Leafy greens such as boiled cabbage or fresh lettuce can be taken.

Cherry tomatoes may also be served during midday snacks, especially in afternoons.
