GM Diet Plan Day 5 - Feast Day!

In General, Beef + Tomato Can be taken on this Day.. Our Version ie Indian Version of GM diet is very very Close to the Original Except the Intake of Beef in Day 5.

For Veg: Soyabean, Beans (Chickpeas, Red Kidney beans etc.), Dal/Lentil soup, Paneer/Cottage Cheese acts as a Substitute to Beef.
And for Non Vegetarians: Egg Whites, Fish can be great.

As Said Earlier, Day 5 - Brown rice, curd and tomatoes.

  • Soybean curd or A cup of brown rice or a Cup of Cottage Cheese may be taken as a substitute for beef.
  • Have Tomatoes along with cucumbers.

Now, Giving you here the Detailed Portion..

GM Diet Day 5 - Breakfast(8:00-9:00 AM)
Lentil Soup or A Cup of Boiled Chick Peas With a Sliced tomato. This will keep the stomach heavy and full for most of the day.

GM Diet Day 5 Lunch (12:00-1:00 PM)
A Plate of Boiled Brown Rice may be consumed during lunch time with a bowl of boiled Beans(Mentioned Above). Plus a Glass of Lemon Water.

GM Diet Day 5 Dinner(7:00-8:00 PM)
Lentil Soup With a Sliced tomato. The soup also supplements the water lost during the day.

GM Diet Day 5 Midday Snacks and Beverages
Mid morning Snack (10:30 AM-11:00 AM) Afternoon Snack (4:00-4:30 PM)

On this Day, the only beverage allowed is water, and not juice. Drink up to 14 glasses of water on this day so that the body system will be detoxified.
