GM Diet Plan Day 7 - Let the Rice, Fruits & Veggies Flow..(But No Bananas & Potatoes)

Hurray.. We're in the Last Day of GM Diet Plan.. Heyy Congo GM Diet Enthusiast. :tea: You can find significant changes in your body Now. On this Day, Fruits will be taken at all times of the day, from breakfast to snacks and dinner. Vegetables may be boiled & paired with White/Brown rice.

As Said Earlier, Day 7 - Brown/White rice, vegetables and fruits.
Two cups of brown/white rice Should be consumed together with vegetables and fruits.
Fruit juice can also be taken along with 8-10 glasses of water.

Giving you here the Detailed Portion..



GM Diet Day 7 - Breakfast(8:00-9:00 AM)
A bowl of Rice may be served during breakfast. Or Eat a slice of papaya or melon followed by 1-2 glasses of water. But It is best to have rice as Breakfast Sp that it would provide all the energy and carbohydrate requirements for the rest of the day.


GM Diet Day 7 Lunch (12:00-1:00 PM)
A bowl of Rice with cooked vegetables such as cabbage, broccoli and asparagus with a slice of Mango or Melon.


GM Diet Day 7 Dinner(7:00-8:00 PM)
Yup yet another bowl of greens and Rice.


GM Diet Day 7 Midday Snacks and Beverages
Mid morning Snack (10:30 AM-11:00 AM) Afternoon Snack (4:00-4:30 PM)

Fruits can be taken as snack especially during mornings, while strawberries may be good for afternoons and after-dinners.

Water should be consumed at 10-12 glasses, but at the same time fruit juice can be taken during midday snacks.
