Regular exercise would help in easing your pregnancy pains and aches like backaches and fatigue. Gestational diabetes can be prevented by doing physical activity like doing exercises. Alone, exercises will not pay you off you need to take good and balanced diet as well.
What is meant by good diet that is required to be taken during pregnancy? Such diet is the one which is enriched with all types of foods which are healthy for the baby. Food to avoid during pregnancy includes raw meat, high mercury fish, unpasteurized milk and raw eggs. Folic acid is one of the main ingredients of that diet as it helps in prevention from getting anemic.
