- Green gram - 1 cup
- Urad dhal - 1/2 cup
- Salt and green chili
- Soak the green gram and urad dhal together with salt for an hour. Then Rinse and add green chili to it.
- Grind the Mixture and The coarse should not be too fine.
- Pour the batter in the idli moulds, and allow to steam it for 8-10 minutes.
- Serve hot with your favorite chutney.
