Green gram sprout recipe helps in reducing weight and keeping you more healthy. You can easily take it for breakfast and dinner. Yeah friends I can assure that it will keep you full and satisfied as it is quite tasty as well.



Ingredients:

  • Green gram sprout – 1 cup
  • Carrot, Cucumber, Onion - Each 1/3 cup (finely Chopped)
  • Grated coconut – 1tbsp
  • Lemon juice – 1 tsp
  • Pepper powder- 1tsp
  • Salt to taste

Preparation:

  1. Place a pan on flame. Add sprout.
  2. Then Add 1 tsp of water into it and stir well. Turn off the flame and keep the green gram sprout in the pan.
  3. Add finely chopped carrot , cucumber, onion,coconut, lemon juice, pepper powder and Salt.
  4. Stir well altogether.
  5. Thats all. Now the green gram sprout is ready to eat. Enjoy it!!
