Green gram sprout recipe helps in reducing weight and keeping you more healthy. You can easily take it for breakfast and dinner. Yeah friends I can assure that it will keep you full and satisfied as it is quite tasty as well.
- Green gram sprout – 1 cup
- Carrot, Cucumber, Onion - Each 1/3 cup (finely Chopped)
- Grated coconut – 1tbsp
- Lemon juice – 1 tsp
- Pepper powder- 1tsp
- Salt to taste
- Place a pan on flame. Add sprout.
- Then Add 1 tsp of water into it and stir well. Turn off the flame and keep the green gram sprout in the pan.
- Add finely chopped carrot , cucumber, onion,coconut, lemon juice, pepper powder and Salt.
- Stir well altogether.
- Thats all. Now the green gram sprout is ready to eat. Enjoy it!!
