  • Regular Consumption of safflower helps in boosting immune system and giving strength to fight against infection.
  • It is very helpful in relieving the symptoms of fever & Cold. And Safflower is used as a doze for treating measles.

  • Safflower is extremely good in treating premenstrual syndrome & correcting irregular periods, as its well known to be good Uterine Tonic.
  • Safflower contains very low saturated fatty acids, thus it helps in reducing the level of blood cholesterol.
  • Applying the paste of Safflower on the skin provides relief from skin inflammations, rashes, and blemishes.

  • Massaging the Scalp & hair with safflower Oil improves blood supply to the Scalp & Supplies many nutrients to the Roots.



  • Mix a teaspoon of safflower kernels with 2 tsp of grinded almonds and honey. Have this once in a day. It is helpful in treating constipation. It has also been beneficial for weak pregnant women.
