Swimming is one of my best physical activities, I know it is a tiring activity but the pain worth it. I may consider swimming the same as biking or running but also in swimming, we need to be physically and mentally fit, our life is at stake, we need to be careful. I would also suggest to do swimming if we want to grow taller during adolescent period.
