To get maximum health benefits from the super food, garlic, crush it 10 minutes before cooking.
Crushed or chopped garlic is significantly better for cardiac health than the whole garlic clove. This is bcoz crushing garlic releases an enzyme, alliinase, that breaks down to form various heart-healthy compounds. and waiting for 10 minutes allows the enhancement of the formation of such compounds!!!
