கரிசலாங்கண்ணி இலை மஞ்சள் காமாலை நோய்க்கு கண்கண்ட மருந்தாக செயல்பட்டு வரும் அதே வேளையில் அது பிற உடல் உபாதைகளையும் போக்கக்கூடியது என்பது பலரும் அறியாததே.

இருமல், சளி தொந்தரவிலிருந்து காக்க... இருமல், சளி மாதிரி பிரச்சினை வந்தா சாப்பாட்டுமுறையை மாத்தணும். எப்போதுமே வெந்நீர் குடிக்கிறது நல்லது. இஞ்சிச்சாறு குடிக்கறது, டீ குடிக்கிறவங்க இஞ்சி, துளசி சேர்த்த டீ குடிக்கிறது நல்லது. காலைலயும், மதிய சாப்பாடு நேரத்திலயும் சின்ன வெங்காயம், முதல் கவளம் சோத்தோட மிளகுப்பொடி சேர்த்து சாப்பிடணும். அதோட காலையில எழுந்திரிச்சதும், ராத்திரி தூங்கப்போறதுக்கு முன்னாடியும் வெந்நீர்ல் கல் உப்பு சேர்த்து தொண்டையில் வச்சி நல்லா கொப்புளிக்கணும். நல்ல நிவாரணம் கிடைக்கும்.

Hello guys there are many tips for improving the health and mostly people used differents methods but you should always keep in mind that if you continues the dieting regularly then it will keep positive impact on your body and your body will be slim and smart/
