Friends i am sharing here some of the healthy and nutritious food for kids,

  1. Pongal
  2. Vegetable kichidi
  3. Oats in Milk
  4. Dhall - Sprouts like peas, channa, green gram etc.
  5. Milk shake with fruits
  6. Beetroot halwa
  7. Carrot halwa
  8. Nuts like Peanut, Almond, Pista
  9. Ragi recipes like dosa, malt for fulfilling the iron supplement
  10. Sweet Curd - Lassi

Do share yours also here. It will be helpful for other moms.

While parenting one should follow these items to their kids for healthy and nutritious eating.
Food for most of times: lot of fruits, vegetables, breads, grains, beans and lentils.
Should follow daily product such as milk, egg, meat, chicken, fish, nuts etc.
Eat products sometimes like biscuits, chocolate coated bar, potato chips, ice cream, cake etc.
We drive on the phrase “An Apple a day keeps Doctor away”.

Yes, those are healthy foods for kids. Also you can add fruit juices such as papaya, mango and melon. Those are rich in vitamins and minerals.
