Think of your diet in terms of color, variety and freshness, don't count calories, means simplify your diet first. Start slow and make changes to your eating habits over time, its realistic and smart. since every change you make to improve your diet matters, so make small steps, like adding salad to your diet once a day or switching from butter to olive oil when cooking. It will help you to make your habit of eating healthy and organic food.
