home made health mix for baby

hi dear
this health mix is adviced by my pediatrician. That is wheat, ragi, rice one cup androastedbengal gram ( pottu kadala) and white soya beans half cup. Fry all this except fried gram. No needto add oil g grind it and storein air tight container. I add few caradamom pods for a flavor.

Preparation :
mix 3 spoons of health mix in water. Take 30 ml of whole milk and boil this with health mix. Add jaggery syrup. Stir well . Cook for 10mins. Health mix is ready. It'll also help to the underweight children. You can addmany cereals according to the age. This for the babies under 1yr. Hope dis will help u.b
