  1. The best way to heal the joint pains is to massage the joints with any oil.
  2. Having lukewarm bat will also give you desirable comfort from joint pains.
  3. Fry garlic cloves in butter and eat them, it will help in reducing the joint pains.
  4. Make a paste with papaya seeds and boil it in water. Drink one cup of this drink for about two to three weeks.
  5. Roast gram flour and make chapatti from it. Apply butter over this chapatti and eat it. This is also one of the very effective home remedies for joint pain .
  6. Take a glass of hot milk and add turmeric powder to it and drink it before going to bed in the night.
  7. Add half tsp of turmeric powder in a glass of lukewarm water and drink it three times in a day. This remedy also works well over arthritis.
  8. To give strength to the ligaments of the legs, drink carrot juice.
  9. Banana is also very helpful fruit in treating joint pains.
  10. Apply cider vinegar over the joints to get instant relief from pain.
  11. Rubbing hot vinegar over the joints before sleeping will also give you relief from joint pains.
  12. Make porridge by mixing two tsp of winter cherry, ghee and molasses. Have it on empty stomach for about two weeks.
  13. Add apple cider vinegar and honey in equal amount to one glass of lukewarm water and drink it twice in a day.
  14. Make a balm by mixing camphor, methyl salicylate, Eucalyptus oil and menthol. Apply it over the joints. Within a week the joint pain will subside.
  15. Drink about eight to ten glasses of water; this will make the body clean.
  16. Take alternate hot and cold compresses over the paining joints.
  17. Yoga will also help in relieving the joint pain. Do Gomukhasana for better relief form joint pains.
  18. Taking carrot juice mixed with lime juice will also work wonders over joint pains.
  19. Exercising will also provide strength to your body and will increase your stamina too.
  20. Make an ointment at home by mixing two parts of virgin olive oil and one part of kerosene oil. Apply it over the joint pains.
  21. To get relief form joint pain, you can also apply Arthrill oil over the paining joints. This oil is also effective in making the bone tissues and neuromuscular systems strong.
