Homemade Ubtan Bath Powder



Here's What you Need

  • Green Gram Dal - 1 Cup
  • Vetiver (Easily Available in Shops)
Method
  1. Dry these Ingredients naturally Under Sun till very Crisp.
  2. Once dried out Completely, Make a Fine Powder using a Mixer.
  3. Use it as a Bath Powder by Mixing with Water. During Winters, Mix it With Curd or Milk.

Vetiver acts as a natural body coolant, so that giving you a Wonderful feel. This Ubtan powder is excellent for small Kiddos as it does not have any chemicals.

Homemade Ubtan for Skin Brightening



What you Need

  • Split Red Lentil – 1 cup
  • Gram flour – 1/4 cup
  • Oatmeal – 1/2 Cup
  • Almonds – 8
  • Raw rice – 1/4 cup
  • Turmeric – a pinch
Method
  1. Dry out Lentil, Almonds, Raw Rice Completely Under Sun and Grind them separately.
  2. Then Mix all the powders together. Then add 2-3 Spoons of Gram flour, One spoon of Oats and a pinch of turmeric. Your Ubtan pack is Ready now.

You can mix it with rose water or curd or Water and then apply. If you've dry skin, then mix it with milk cream. Use 2 -3 times a day to get a flawless Skin.

Here Oats act as a great scrub While Lentil as a Gentle Scrub.
Almonds are Packed with vitamin E to get a healthier glowing skin.
Rice powder helps to lighten the skin and acts as a natural sunscreen.

Turmeric acts as a natural detoxification, fights acne and combats its marks.
